This course explores how artificial intelligence is transforming the creative industries, from writing and music to film, fashion, and interactive media. Students will experiment with AI tools to generate original stories, poetry, and music, design graphics and clothing, and even build elements of virtual worlds and games. Through hands-on sessions, they’ll learn how AI can support and inspire the creative process – whether it’s scripting a short film, composing a soundtrack, or developing a unique fashion line. Alongside practical skills, the course also tackles important ethical questions around authorship, originality, and copyright in the age of AI. A final mini-project allows students to develop and showcase their own AI-assisted creative work.
