You will learn about the professional sector and commonly used financial products, such as shares, bonds, and insurance and it will provide you with an understanding of financial terminology. There is the option at the end of the elective to sit a professional examination with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) which is the first step on a pathway towards careers in financial services.
