Alanna Fraser has twenty years of experience as a subject specialist and A level examiner and moderator in Philosophy, Religious Studies, Critical Thinking and the EPQ in independent schools, including Marlborough College, Benenden School and The King’s School, Canterbury. She has held posts including head of Oxbridge applications, subject lead for EPQ and head of co-curricular debating and has extensive experience of preparing candidates for Oxbridge interviews, as well as mentoring university applications more widely.
Ms Fraser holds an MA(Hons) in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Cambridge, where she graduated with first-class honours with distinction. She went on to complete an MPhil at Cambridge, specialising in Holocaust Theology. As well as an experienced online teacher, Ms Fraser is a trained coach, and mental health first aider, and routinely use coaching skills in sessions to unlock students’ natural abilities, boost motivation and bolster confidence. Outside of the classroom, Ms Fraser lives in Kent and is a keen sea swimmer and baker.
