Helena Kresin has taught Modern Foreign Languages and English since 2017. Initially teaching one-to-one and small groups alongside a job in financial sales, she now teaches full-time. She has taught across a wide range of exam boards and ages, from primary to degree level. In addition to teaching languages, Ms Kresin was Head of English as an Additional Language in a London secondary school.
Ms Kresin studied Modern Foreign Languages at Trinity College, Oxford and subsequently obtained a PGCE in French and Spanish through Kings College London. She understands the importance of languages in enhancing education and career prospects. She has successfully helped prepare many students for top universities, including preparation for entrance examinations and interviews, and her students’ exam results have consistently been exemplary. Ms Kresin has a patient, encouraging approach, understanding that building confidence is fundamental to attainment, whilst also ensuring that lessons are highly productive so that students realise their full potential.
