Martin Begley

Martin Begley holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Warwick, and trained to teach Mathematics and Economics as part of the TeachFirst programme. Since qualifying he has taught at schools across London.

Mr Begley has been tutoring students from a wide range of backgrounds for almost ten years, supporting learners through to undergraduate level to achieve their academic goals. As a teacher he has drawn on this one-to-one experience to guide students through their A level exams, their time at school and make successful applications to top UK universities. His ability to build clarity and confidence in learners – regardless of their starting point – is a defining feature of his educational approach.

Mr Begley now teaches Business and Economics for Highgrove Online School and contributes to the authoring of our independent study courses. Alongside his work in education, he is a published singer-songwriter, and is planning on taking his debut EP across the UK and Europe!
