Philippa Ronan

Philippa has over thirty years teaching experience, most recently at Harrow School Online where she taught the English Literature A level. She is an associate lecturer at the University of Cambridge and an English and Literacy expert at secondary level. Philippa is an international school improvement consultant, a former lead Ofsted inspector and an international lead inspector. She has published many books, both non-fiction and fiction, including Aiming for A* and the Essentials of KS4 English, and her latest novel, Apple from the Tree.

Philippa Ronan holds a BA honours degree in English and American Studies from Hull university, a Masters in Creative Writing from Sheffield Hallam and a PGCE in English and Drama from the University of Sheffield. She lives in the countryside and enjoys walking her dogs, writing, reading and travel.
