Highgrove Online School provides an outstanding British education for ambitious pupils studying GCSEs and A Levels online. We support all pupils to achieve their full academic potential within a warm and inclusive online community.
Our admissions process is straight-forward and stress-free with plenty of opportunities for you to speak with our team – we will support you every step of the way.
Applicants and their parents/guardians are given the opportunity to meet our Principal, Ms Heather Rhodes, so that we can get to know each other a little better! It also allows you to understand our academic and pastoral programming and ask any questions that you have about Highgrove Online School.
Applicants to our online school programmes are required to take online entrance assessments to check that they will be able to thrive on our academically rigorous courses, unless they already have proof of ability (for example, GCSE grades for admission to A level courses). We may also ask applicants to meet for interview with our expert teachers as part of this assessment process.
We look for potential as much as performance, and take into account the full picture of a pupil’s background and ability as part of our interviews and screening. Find out more about our admission criteria here.
Pupils who meet our entry requirements will be offered a place at Highgrove Online School, which they reserve through payment of a deposit of 10% of course fees. Pupils who do not meet the entry requirements may be invited to take a pre-GCSE or pre-A level access course or academic tutoring with us prior to starting their programme.
